Aatrox Communications, Case Study

Redesigned homepage for the Aatrox website

Introduction

Aatrox Communications is an Australian-owned 3CX Titanium Partner and SIP trunk provider offering business VoIP, cloud PBX, SIP trunking, and CRM-integrated telephony solutions.

However, when visiting their website, the website layout didn’t reflect the enterprise reputation of the brand. This marked the beginning of this project.

Project scope and approach

Aatrox provided the opportunity to completely reimagine the digital experience, rethinking the way visitors engage with their services and how potential customers could meaningfully connect with them.

The goal was to create a smoother, more engaging interface for visitors and make it easier for customers to contact the team. The initial interface was too simple, only a logo and plain text, offering no clear direction or reason to take action.

After

To address this, we introduced SEO-friendly headings and subheadings to improve search visibility and clearly communicate the brand’s value at a glance. We also added well-aligned call-to-action buttons to guide visitors more effectively, and a lead CTA form to give users a quick, direct way to get in touch, reducing the steps between interest and real conversation.

Business Challenges

To deliver a cohesive experience, we structured and organised all services across the layout. The website also contained multiple pricing sections that required proper organisation and full responsiveness across devices.

Beyond the structural work, several key issues needed to be addressed:

  • The overall design felt disconnected, making it difficult for users to navigate with confidence.

  • Services were scattered throughout the page, leaving customers unsure of where to find them or what was even being offered.

  • The pricing section lacked structure and wasn’t optimised for different screen sizes.

  • The colour didn’t reflect an enterprise-level brand, undermining credibility at first glance.

  • Buttons and CTA elements felt outdated, with little consideration for user experience or visual hierarchy.

Alongside these primary concerns, a number of secondary issues also needed attention, including the absence of trusted partner logos, a weak footer, and a navigation structure that failed to guide users effectively through the site.

NAFCORP’s Approach

To improve the Aatrox Communications website, we focused on making it easier to navigate and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing customers. The goal was to create a design that naturally guides users to what they need, whether that’s contacting the team, exploring pricing, or understanding the full range of services. Careful attention was also given to imagery, with visuals selected to intuitively communicate what each service does without relying solely on text.

All CRM services were highlighted on the homepage through a marquee animation, giving visitors an immediate and dynamic sense of everything Aatrox provides. To add real depth, a series of well-structured sections were introduced, including Core Support, How CRM Integrates, FAQs, and Latest News, transforming the homepage from a simple landing point into a comprehensive resource that educates visitors, answers key questions, and builds confidence before they even make contact.

The colour palette was completely refreshed to reflect an enterprise-level standard, bringing credibility and consistency across every page. The footer was rebuilt from scratch, evolving from a neglected afterthought into a fully functional and informative section with contact details and supporting content in a clean, well-organised layout.

Navigation & Mega Menu

We implemented a mega menu that organises all services under clear main categories, allowing customers to discover services rather than search for them. This single change significantly reduced friction for users trying to understand what Aatrox offers.

Live Chatbot

To make it effortless for visitors to connect with the team, we integrated a 3CX-powered live chat widget directly into the website. The chat was fully rebranded to match Aatrox Communications’ identity
