eComms, Case Study

main banner section for ecomms

Introduction

eComms helps Australian businesses simplify complex telecommunications by bringing voice, data, network security, and customer communications together under one accountable provider. With an extensive service offering and decades of industry experience, the company needed a digital presence that communicated its value with greater clarity and confidence.

Project scope and approach

The old eComms website contained too much information, and the content felt scattered across the pages. Its colours also did not reflect the professional and established company eComms had become. The team wanted the new website to be simple and easy to understand while still looking suitable for enterprise clients.

We created several design options, and the eComms team shortlisted two of them. After refining both directions together, they selected the design used for the current website. Its clean and classic layout was the best fit for a company serving more than 200 businesses.

We also refreshed the colour palette to give the brand a stronger and more modern identity. Clear sections and generous spacing make the website easier to explore, while carefully selected images help people quickly understand what each service is about. The final result feels professional without being complicated.

After

To address this, we introduced SEO-friendly headings and subheadings to improve search visibility and clearly communicate the brand’s value at a glance. We also added well-aligned call-to-action buttons to guide visitors more effectively, and a lead CTA form to give users a quick, direct way to get in touch, reducing the steps between interest and real conversation.

Business Challenges

The old eComms website contained plenty of useful information, but it was trying to communicate too much at once. Content felt scattered, pages lacked a clear structure, and visitors had to work too hard to understand the services or find what they needed.

The menu and footer did not make eComms’ large range of services easy to explore. The colours, imagery, and overall design also did not create the premium, enterprise-level impression the business needed. Important trust signals, including eComms’ technology partners, were not visible early enough.

The challenge was to simplify a complex website without losing the scale and expertise of the business. The new experience needed to feel clear and easy to use while presenting eComms as a trusted enterprise provider.

NAFCORP’s Approach

We reorganised the website around how customers search for and understand services. We built a clear menu that groups related solutions, redesigned the footer to make important pages easier to reach, and gave every page a consistent structure so visitors can quickly scan the content and find answers.

We refreshed the colour palette and introduced a clean, premium design system that better reflects an enterprise brand. Custom images were created to explain technical services visually, helping visitors understand each offering without relying on large amounts of text.

Technology partners were placed prominently within the banner area to establish trust from the beginning. Clear headings, focused content, generous spacing, and well-positioned calls to action now guide visitors through every page.

By removing clutter and giving each section a clear purpose, we created a website that feels polished without being complicated. Visitors can now understand what eComms offers, find the right service, and take the next step with less effort.

Navigation & Mega Menu

With so many services available, a standard menu would have made the website difficult to explore. We designed and built a custom mega menu that organises related services into clear categories, allowing visitors to see the full offering at a glance.

Users can now move directly to the right service page without searching through multiple sections. We also added quick contact options within the menu, making it easy to connect with the eComms team from anywhere on the website.

Lead Capture and Clear Calls to Action

To make it easier for potential customers to contact eComms, we added clear calls to action and enquiry forms throughout the website. These were placed at natural points across the homepage and service pages, so visitors never need to search for the next step.

Users can now request a consultation, speak with an expert, or submit their details directly from the page they are viewing. This turns each service page into a lead-generation opportunity while keeping the enquiry process quick and simple.
